It only takes one parent to parent to make big changes
If you’re trying to find ways to cut the conflict, help your kids through the transition from one home to two houses, deal with coparent conflict, or manage the court process, you’re in the right place. While it would be great if both parents are willing to work on things, it only takes one parent to learn to do things differently to cut the conflict, and help your kids and yourself through your separation and divorce.
We provide coparent coaching and counselling for parents to prepare for court and parenting plan assessments, learn how to communicate to keep things on track, and keep kids out of the conflict. Traditional therapy or counselling is focused on supporting and processing your feelings and emotions during separation, and providing unconditional support for you as a person. Coparenting work is far more about teaching strategies, making recommendations, and is short term and solution focused. You’ll benefit from the years we’ve spent navigating family court and coparenting conflict. We also welcome contact with your lawyer, particularly in high conflict matters or where parental alienation may be a concern, to strategize and help you present the right information to the courts.
